11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Lancaster Public Library’s Summer Reading Program has a lot to offer, including Family Makerfest.
Family Makerfest will highlight young local makers and their creations! Makers will show off what they can do, and our young participants will get an outlet to confidently display their creations and talent!
The community is encouraged to attend and browse the creations of local children and families.
We would like to invite children, teens, and families working as individuals, in pairs, or as family units to exhibit at Family Makerfest. We are eager to receive project submissions, and anticipate accepting proposals of crafts, woodworking, art, music, and more. Makers should be prepared to discuss and/or demonstrate what they have made and answer questions from Makerfest visitors. Visit the Youth Services Desk at the Lancaster City Branch library to register as a Maker today. The deadline to register is Monday, July 2 at 8:00 p.m.
