Internet Basics

Don’t be intimidated by the Internet! Learn your way around in this beginner’s class.

In this class, internet novices will learn the basics of how to browse online, how to understand websites, and how to establish safe Internet habits.

Face masks that cover the nose & mouth are required at all times while in the library.

When: Wednesday, October 6 from 3-4:45pm. Please make every effort to show up on time.

Where: Computer Training Room on the second floor of the Lancaster City library.

Prerequisites: A Lancaster County library card in good standing. Must be 18 or older.

Registration is required and opens on September 1.

Class size is capped at four (4) students, and priority will be given to newcomers. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel the registration of a student if s/he has taken the class multiple times. Please call the reference desk at 394-2651 x128 with any questions.

Metered parking is available on Duke Street and behind the library. The Duke Street Garage is also across the street from the library.
