11:00 AM

Get ready to splash into summer with Lancaster Public Library! This year’s summer reading program, “Oceans of Possibilities,” will explore one of Earth’s greatest resources: our oceans!

Catch the wave and join in on the fun at the Kickoff!

Mark DeRose will be back to entertain us with his unique blend of music and art! 🎶🎨

And don’t forget to stop by the children’s desk to get your summer reading started! You will receive a reading log, information about this year’s program, and an event calendar.

➡️ Our all-ages Summer Reading Program runs June 4 – August 13. Reading Logs available beginning Saturday, June 4.

This program will take place INDOORS. Masks are no longer required inside the library. We encourage all staff members and visitors who wish to continue wearing masks to please do so. We expect all patrons to be respectful of others’ choices regarding mask-wearing.

Registration is required. We have lots of room to spread out in Bates Auditorium, but we’re playing it safe and restricting the program to 50 participants.
