Lancaster Public Library welcomes children of all ages and their caregivers to our library spaces for fun, engaging activities, diverse collections, and learning support.
We offer materials and programming for children of all ages and their families. When you visit us, you will find books, magazines, graphic novels, audiobooks, a reference collection, a Parent/Teacher collection, materials in foreign languages, computer stations, launchpads, and more! We also have access to online databases, like Lote4Kids and TumbleBooks.
Our friendly & knowledgeable librarians will help you find just the right materials from our rich collection.
Children are eligible for a library card when they turn five years old 📚

Teacher Book Bundles
We offer teachers and educators the opportunity to borrow resources to support classroom learning through Teacher Book Bundles.
Click HERE to submit a request for materials on a certain topic or subject, and we will gather a bundle of library materials for use in your classrooms.
