Adults

At the Lancaster Public Library, we will help you find the information you need to build a better future – for you, your family, and the community.

Visit our online catalog to see how simple it is to reserve books online, get automatic updates on new material, or pay your fines. If the material you’re looking for is not available at the Lancaster Public Library, it can usually be obtained either through the “request” function within the catalog or by calling the Reference Desk.  If you find you need help, we always have a staff member on hand to help you find whatever you may need.

We offer a variety of programs for adults including: book discussions, lecture series, workshops, and computer classes. The library also provides computer access for research, email, job searches, and class work.

No matter what you are curious about or what inspires you, our librarians are equipped to point you in the right direction.
