Adults

At the Lancaster Public Library, we help you find the information you need to build a better future – for you, your family, and the community. No matter what you are curious about or what inspires you, our librarians are equipped to point you in the right direction.

We offer a variety of programs for adults including: book discussions, lecture series, film nights, workshops, and computer classes.

Visit out our online catalog to see how simple it is to reserve books online, get automatic updates on new material, or pay your fines. If the material you’re looking for is not available at the Lancaster Public Library it can usually be obtained either through the “request” function within the catalog or by calling the Reference Desk.  If you find you need help, we always have a staff member on hand to help you find whatever you may need.

The library also provides Computer access for research, email, job searches, and class work.
