Attention Lancaster Public Library-Mountville Branch patrons: With changes in the dismissal routine by our neighbor Dayspring Christian School, the lower parking lot is not accessible from 2-3:30PM on school days. Dayspring has made the commitment to keep the upper parking lot open for library patron parking during dismissal periods. If you choose to park in the lower lot between 2-3:30PM, you may not be able to exit the lot until the dismissal traffic has cleared.
